Food Information Regulations 2014

Earlier this year, we reported on the Food Standards Agency's issued Guidance on providing customers with food allergen information - see our article 'Allergy and Intolerance: Guidance for Businesses', relating to the Guidance and EU Food Information for Consumers Regulations 1169/2011.

The European Regulations will be brought into effect by the Food Information Regulations 2014, which have now been laid in Parliament. We will keep you updated as to its progress.
